Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you decide it's not for you, we understand.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to send your item(s) back for an exchange or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please include your packing slip with your return and package your return/exchange in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume/smells, animal hair, etc.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items discounted at 20% or more
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Accessories (i.e. jewelry, hats, belts, bags, etc.)
  • Bodysuits, lingerie or swim
  • Items returned after 14 days of receipt of delivery
  • Items that have been worn or in above mentioned condition
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

Re:DO

Customers who purchased Re:DO with their order are able to get free unlimited return labels for exchanges and store credit on that order. If you wish to get a refund and return qualifies for one, you may still purchase a return label from Re:DO.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two (2) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may notify us at sales@shoplibertyfaire.com about the issue and please include picture(s) of the damaged item in your email. Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to fabric, lighting, screen resolution and photography. This does not qualify as a "damaged" item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
